Refund Policy
Coaching services are provided with a commitment to professionalism, care, and respect for each client’s time and experience.
Session Fees
All session fees are due at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full

Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable
Packages
Prepaid session packages may be refunded on a prorated basis within 60 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscription services require 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
