A discovery call is a relaxed,
no-obligation conversation where we explore what you’re navigating and what you’re hoping to move toward.
This is a chance for you to ask questions, learn more about my coaching approach, and see if working together feels like the right fit.

Life Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are a collaborative space where we explore your thoughts, experiences, and goals in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Using cognitive behavioural–based strategies, forward thinking, and grief-informed support, sessions are designed to help you build awareness, shift unhelpful patterns, and take meaningful steps forward.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and are offered virtually, by phone, or in-person.
Coaching is not therapy or medical care, but a forward-focused process that supports personal growth and self-understanding.
